Our fish farming operations are conducted in strict compliance with the directives and regulations of the Faroese food safety administration, which ensures that our fish flourish and grow under the most natural conditions possible. #2: No GMO – no antibiotics Vestsalmon has taken the steps to ensure the best fish farming conditions possible, therefore, our farmed fish thrive so well that it has proven unnecessary to use antibiotics against disease. Because there are no antibiotics in the fish feed we use, our trout are especially well suited for Japanese sushi. #3: Omega-3 Superior food quality, transparency, knowledge and accountability are some of the key watchwords of Vestsalmon.
